Reach out through our website. We'll show you our work, explain our approach, and send our design questionnaire (with complete wish list!) to understand your vision, style, and budget.
Your personalized proposal will feature several design options and cost estimates whether it be for your statement piece or you just want table numbers and menus. We'll reserve your date once you select your preferred concept, confirm your essentials, and provide your deposit.
Between booking and our final meeting, we'll finalize your mood board, complete with mock ups of ceremony, cocktail hour installations and table scapes. You will also have access to preferred vendor list to assist with other elements of your celebration.
About three or four months before your wedding, we'll meet to finalize all day-of elements, seeking your approval throughout the process. After confirmation, our team will handcraft each detail with precision.
We spring into action while you savor every moment of the anticipation. You're free to relax and enjoy this special time with loved ones while we meticulously finalize your seating arrangements and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. We'll share behind-the-scenes glimpses of our process to build your excitement.

While we maintain a minimum investment of $1,000, you have complete flexibility in how you allocate this toward your celebration. Whether you prefer an assortment with a smaller welcome sign, menus and table numbers, or several statement pieces, or one show-stopping installation, the choice is yours. This approach ensures you receive our signature craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail while customizing elements that perfectly complement your vision. We're committed to creating extraordinary wedding details that surpass your expectations, regardless of how you choose to distribute your investment.
While we recommend booking 3-4 months in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time for design and production, we understand that timelines can vary. We're happy to discuss your event date and explore what's possible. Depending on our current schedule and the scope of your project, we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can determine if we're able to make your vision come to life within your timeframe.
